HIGH PERFORMANCE EXHAUST FAN SERIES (BFQ) |
.
The Sales Pitch
We have all heard the same thing when it comes to Exhaust Fans. "I can't stand how loud it is" followed by "But I don't want to pay an arm and a leg for those really quiet ones". Both are very valid points. Air King gives you the solution with the High Performance Series.

What makes this product unique is the UL Listed Molded High Impact Plastic Housing. This provides multiple benefits. "Traditional" bath fan housings are fabricated from steel which involves bending and welding. This is a more expensive process and over the life of the fan welds can break, causing the fan to operate much louder or even with a rattling sound. Metal housings reverberate and echo noise. Because the High Performance Series is an all plastic housing, there are no welds that will break and the plastic is a natural sound absorbent material as opposed to the amplification you can get from metal. If you live anywhere near salt water, this fan is an almost must. Once again, because of the plastic housing, it doesn't rust like it's metal counterparts do, giving the unit a longer life.

From an installation standpoint, it can't be easier. The included Snap-In bracket is nailed or screwed in place, then the housing snaps into position, leaving two hands for wiring. This is so simple, you can even replace an existing fan, without having to rip out sections of ceiling or having attic access to it. It makes this a perfect DIY project.

Unique to Air King
The High Performance Series is the best performance-to-value ratio in the business. You can expect to pay a lot more for the same CFM and sound level from the competitors. These units are unique to Air King and can give you the competitive edge in the market place.

If it is so Great, Why is it so Inexpensive?
It seems every time you pick up a paper or turn on the TV you hear about the rising costs of raw materials, especially metals. The High Performance Series utilizes a molded plastic housing instead of a traditional steel housing, so not only is there savings in the materials used, but also in the manufacturing technique of molding plastic versus bending and welding steel.
