| The Air King Professional Series is designed with a very specific customer demographic in mind. In many kitchens, whether new or remodels, there is often a conflict. The homeowner wants/needs a high CFM hood either for functional or aesthetic purposes but the size or shape of the kitchen does not allow a professional style hood. Air King comes to the rescue permitting the homeowner the freedom to target their exact requirements for both ventilation and style. |

| The Professional Range Hood Series is manufactured from 304 Stainless, a high quality material used in restaurant and commercial applications and not typically found in household appliances. The finish is impeccable without the seams and material overlap found in many wannabe high-end hoods. This more expensive manufacturing process eliminates the cracks and crevices where dirt and debris can accumulate, making cleanup a breeze and giving the hood a quality finish unmatched in it’s price range. |

| While most manufacturers in this category start with a 36" width, Air King offers a 30". The model P1030 is 10" in height and 30" in width allowing installation under a standard kitchen cabinet. For situations where the hood wil be wall mounted without cabinets, there are optional stainless steel soffits available in a variety of heights and widths. The 30" width makes this unit perfect for applications over a standard 30" range or comparable cook-top surface. The fan and light controls are located in the center front of the hood allowing easy access. The Halogen lights (lamps are not inc.) with two brightness settings provide plenty of lighting for the cooking surface. Another standard upscale feature is the included stainless steel baffle filters. With other hoods these professional style filters are options. |

| Customize the Hood |
| One of the outstanding features of the Professional Range Hood Series is the ability to select 5 different blower options, 300, 500, 600, 900 and 1200 CFM. Allowing you to select the appropriate CFM for the application. These modular blowers mount inside the hood and must be vented to the outside. Duct sizes will vary (6", 8" & 10" round) depending upon the CFM of the blower. |

| The Professional Range Hood Series with Heat Lamps add two 175-watt maximum heat lamps (bulbs not inc.) to the rear of the hood for keeping foods warm. Each bulb has a separate control to allow for individual operation and is located in the front on each side of the hood. Please use in conjunction with the optional BS36W stainless steel back splash, which includes built-in shelves for food placement. |

| Steps for Selling |

Select a hood - Choose the Professional Range hood or Professional Range Hood with Heat Lamps to fit the size requirements (height and width) of the installation. |

Select a blower - Choose the blower to meet the ventilation needs of the kitchen. Ventilation needs are typically determined by the type and size of the cooking surface. |

Soffit - For installations that will not have cabinetry directly above the hood, choose a soffit to match the size (height and width) requirements of the installation |

Duct Connections - Determine the size and type of ducting the installation requires and choose the appropriate outlet adapter and roof or wall cap. |

Back Splash - Add a back splash to protect the walls and put a finishing touch on the installation. If a Professional Range Hood with Heat Lamps is installed, add a back splash with warming shelves to maximize the performance. |
