Where is the model number located on my fan?
On most fans the model number is located on the top of the motor.

How do I clean my fan?
Be sure electricity is turned off at the main fuse box before wiring, cleaning or servicing. Use only a soft brush or lint free cloth to avoid scratching the finish. Abrasive cleaning agents should be avoided. Do not spray water directly onto your ceiling fan. |

How do I get a copy of the instruction sheets

How far from the floor should the ceiling fan be mounted?
Your ceiling fan must be mounted at least 7 feet above the floor to an outlet box marked "Acceptable for fan support".

Do I need to lubricate the motor?
NO. Air King motors are permanently lubricated and do not require oiling. |

Can I use a solid state speed control with my ceiling fan?
NO. Solid State Speed controls should not be used with Air King ceiling fans. |

Can I control more than one fan with the included wall switch of the Industrial Series?
NO. The wall control included with the unit can only accommodate one fan. |

My fan will not operate?
1. Check that there is power to the fan. The most common trouble is the circuit breaker is off / there is a blown fuse, or if your fan is controlled by a wall switch, that the switch is off.
2. Make sure a speed has been selected with the fan's controls. |
