Air King’s AK917 bulb heater with exhaust fan provides effective ventilation for your home while adding silent warmth to the room. The bulb heater utilizes a single 250 watt maximum type R40 medium base infrared heat lamp (heat lamp is not included) to provide silent supplemental warmth to the room. The 70 CFM motor is permanently lubricated for years of worry free operation. The white low profile grill complements almost all decors. The unit easily installs using the included adjustable hanging brackets and the 4 inch round plastic duct connector with damper protects against backdrafts. The heat bulb and exhaust fan functions can be wired to operate separately. Perfect to exhaust small to mid size bathrooms while the heat lamp provide a focused heating area. Can not be used inside of showers or over tubs.
