The QMDB fresh air receptacle box provides a way to connect an Air King MD624 motorized damper to an Air King QFAMD unit. When the fresh air intake unit is operating the QFAMD sends a signal through the QMDB to the motorized damper to open. When the unit shuts off it send a signal to the damper to close, preventing backdrafts from entering into the home. The receptacle mounts directly to the QFAMD unit and includes all the needed connections to the unit. For use with Air King QFAMD series units only.
